KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• External Employee Hiring across all departments
• Employee On-Boarding
• Internal People Management
• Salary & Attendance Calculation
• TDS, PT & PF Calculations
• Driving & Sustaining HR Policies
• Connecting with Recruitment Agencies
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Great Communication Skills (English & Hindi)
• Marketing Agency Experience from a Hiring & People Management Standpoint
• Understanding of HR Policies
• Understanding of PF, PT & ESIC
• Proficient in Microsoft (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Understanding of Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)
• Understanding of Hiring Platforms (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Hirect)
