BlackCab is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer.
Experience : 3-4 Years
THE OVERVIEW
In this role, the Senior Graphic Designer will work at the upper level of a team including Junior designers and intern designers. We expect you to design and communicate client requirements and foster stronger working relationships and prompt solutions. The ideal candidate must possess strong conceptual skills, a high-level sense of design, layout, and typography along with being a broad thinker who’s able to offer a variety of design solutions. JOB FUNCTION/ YOUR PROFILE
● Design projects: Research, interaction design, user experience design, and service design.
● Visualizing briefs that are received from the strategy team.
● Planning concepts by researching competitors and studying information, guidelines, and best practices.
● Creating digital guidelines and style scapes for onboarded clients.
● Effectively managing a roster of clients and projects
● Guide and advise fellow teammates in both the creative process and client requirement briefs keeping in mind a deadline and budget.
● Forecast and oversee deliverables of all design requirements.
● Help to source and manage freelancers as and when required
REQUIREMENT
● A degree in the following: BMM, BA, BBA, BMS, BTech, BCom.
● Extras: Diplomas in Design, Digital Marketing, Web Design, Web Development.
● 3 – 4 years of experience in a creative/ advertising/ digital marketing agency will be preferred.
● The brand experience gets brownie points.
● Advance level expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
● Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD.
● Preferred: A bachelor’s degree in design from a design school.
