Primary purpose of the role

The primary purpose of this role is Account Management & Client Servicing, which entails managing accounts for FoxyMoron. Playing the role of  the bridge between the client and the agency.

Responsibilities & deliverables

1. Account Management / Client Servicing

  • Serve a number of clients, across media strategy, planning, buying and execution functions
  • Maintaining detailed records of all client campaigns
  • Preparing reports on a timely basis and updating the client on the effectiveness and progress of the campaign
  • Managing client relationships to build respect and trust in your judgement
  • Develop close and long-term relationships with existing clients while taking part in new business development
  • Exploring Partnerships with Vendors for tie-ups to outsource work to them
  • Handle all internal functional teams and ensure everything is on track
  • Working closely with the accounts team, tracking estimates and billing processes; in order to close billings

2. Business Strategy, Direction and Positioning

  • Monitor Digital & New Media industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Keeping up to date with changes and developments in the industry
  • Competitor analysis; should be aware of the work being done by the competition and come up with strategies to acquire those accounts

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Strong inter-personal communication skills
  • Great command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Proven & demonstrable experience of being able to work under pressure and multi-task. Should be comfortable with handling pressure since the role demands it.
