Oversee all aspects of Social Media communication, engagement, and marketing of clients
Manage content of all Social Media channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Linkedin, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, etc.
Implementing Social Media strategies, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic and encouraging product adoption.
Manage social programs through Hub and Spoke management of Social Media: 1) Maintain Social Media policies; 2) Maintain process flowchart; 3) Maintain employee education program
Monitor trends in Social Media channels.
Create and manage all Social Media campaigns with an emphasis on engagement.
Work closely with the Content writers of Webenza to coordinate and create relevant content for all social media channels and the blogs.
Work closely with the Technical team to develop apps, custom tabs, and any other technical project.
Be the social media advocate and evangelist within the company.
Collaborate and work closely with other functional areas at Webenza.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Minimum 4yrs of relevant experience
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook; Twitter; YouTube; Linkedin; Instagram; Pinterest; Tumblr, etc.
Understanding of Digital Media
Strong organizational and project management skills
Strong written communication skills
Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, eLogic, Radian6, Simplify 360 etc
Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary
Never-ending desire to learn
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Public Relations preferred
