We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record with a Digital or Media Agency with 2-5 years of experience of Identifying, pitching & winning new businesses meeting company revenue objectives
1. Identifying, pitching and closing new business for the organization
2. Creating new avenues for Domestic/ International business association for Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO & PR
3. Sending mails and following up for already existing pitches
4. New Customer acquisition strategy building and execution
5. Team building, CRM management and managing client relations
6. Identifying visibility opportunities for branding and networking for business expansion
7. Proven track record of selling digital services to leading brands and corporate organizations.
8. Strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities and to establish business relationships.
9. Great understanding of digital services industry
10. Experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion, upselling, client servicing.
11. Minimum of 2 years of experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital sector and dealing with high profile clients
12. Good proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills with proficiency in English, MS Excel & Powerpoint
13. Self Motivated and focused with great organisational and interpersonal skills
14. Aggressive in approach, willing to work in target based environment
