Experience: 2 – 5 years
Identifying New Sales Opportunities: Ability to conduct online, offline research, and stay up-to-date with markets to identify sales leads.
Developing Proposals and Quotes: Understand the client’s business needs and budgets, work closely with the strategy and solutions teams to come up
with competitive proposals and quotes showcasing Social Panga’s services and a tailored pricing model.
Negotiation and Follow Up: Relentlessly following up with prospects and always staying on top in terms of requirements in the sales cycle to maximize chances of conversion.
Relationship Management: Liaison with the client to drive the deal to closure, support the transition, and provide knowledge transfer to the project management team.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to write the many mails and attend the many calls required to close a deal.
Excellent soft skills and ability to interact with clients to understand
their stated and unstated pain points and communicates to the solution teams.
Mad Skillz in Microsoft Power-Point, Word, and Excel to create beautiful and compelling proposals and price quotations.
Creative and out of the box thinking to be able to plan and showcase
innovative brand communication and ideas to prospective clients.
Ninja-level time management skills to be able to churn out multiple proposals and attend multiple meetings with clients all on the same day.
Skynet-level research skills to find out all that there is to be found
about prospective clients, their past projects, competitors and the
