Job Role:
● Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the design team, fostering a culture of creativity,
collaboration, and excellence.
● Oversee and guide the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring all deliverables
meet the highest standards.
● Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and execute creative strategies that align with
client objectives and brand identity.
● Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design technologies to inform and elevate
creative output.
● Act as a primary point of contact for clients in design-related matters, understanding their needs
and objectives, and translating them into compelling visual solutions.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams including copywriters, marketers, and developers to
ensure seamless integration of design with overall creative campaigns.
● Oversee multiple projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and
on-budget delivery of high-quality design work.
