Experience: 5+ years
Location: Mumbai
Job Role:
● Lead a team of account managers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support as needed
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the secondary point of contact
for all digital advertising needs
● Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies and campaigns that align with
client goals and objectives
● Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. creative, media planning, other cluster heads) to ensure
campaigns are executed flawlessly and on time
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular updates and insights to clients
and making recommendations for optimization as needed
● Manage budgets, timelines, and project milestones for multiple clients, ensuring that all
deliverables are met on time and within budget
● Provide regular reports and updates to clients on campaign performance, including detailed
analysis of KPIs and recommendations for improvement
● Keep up to date with industry trends and changes, staying informed of new technologies and
tools that could benefit clients
● Continually identify opportunities to upsell and grow accounts, and work closely with the new
business team to win new business
● Manage a cluster of brands , account managers and account executives
● Be responsible for growth of set team members
